Over our 20 year history, Martech has grown to become the largest Canada wide sales agency providing professional sales results for manufacturers of construction related products. We are seeking a sales territory architect who can join in growing our well-established Ontario market.

Reporting to the Audio/Video Sales Manager, this organized and thorough person will be responsible for the following:

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement negotiated plans to grow sales and position each of the company’s product lines for future growth.
  • Understand the business ambitions and growth expectations of customers and stakeholders in your market.
  • Establish and implement an effective plan for growing our business in key vertical markets with the primary accounts in your territory.
  • Demonstrate our products to consultants, end-users, engineers, contractors, OEMs and dealers and help them select the right equipment for their application.
  • Maintain an active sales funnel to track sales opportunities.
  • Work with the inside and technical sales support teams to promote new products and build sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • CTS certification or 5 years industry experience in the audio/video industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of computers and office productivity software.

  • Our compensation package will be tailored to meet your individual preferences and requirements. Our compensation package will included a benefits package, car allowance, company expenses and our formal MVP rewards program where we recognize and reward achievement and excellence.
