Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this organized and thorough person will be responsible for the following:
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implement negotiated plans to grow sales and position each of the company’s product lines for future growth.
- Demonstrate our products to engineers, contractors, OEM’s, end users & distributors.
- Establish and implement an effective territory and account plan for your geographic area.
- Maintain an active sales funnel to track sales opportunities.
- Work with the inside and technical sales support teams to promote new products and build sales.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Engineer, CET, Journeyman, or 5 years industry experience in either the electrical or HVAC industry.
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office products.

Reporting to the President, the National Sales Manager’s responsibilities are:
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment, retention, motivation, development, training, cost control and overall management of the sales team.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability and market position.
- Achieve or exceed the company’s sales goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Direct and manage with the Marketing Manager the selection of new products.
- Create and implement pricing policies and strategies.
- Other missions and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Engineer, CET or L.C.
- Fluently bilingual (English and French)
- Minimum 5 years sales management experience.
- Experience in lighting and lighting systems.
- Proven ability to develop and grow a ground-up operation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software and general computer use.
