The Martech online Web Warehouse is a fantastic tool for our business customers to access several pieces of critical information:
- product description, picture and specifications
- price and inventory availability data
- information on open orders and backorders
- account history

| If you are an existing client with a Martech account, you can access your pricing and order information by logging into the Martech Web Warehouse. If you haven't setup your first user account yet, use the Account Request form to create your online username and password.

If you work in an organization that already has a Martech account and Martech online users, than you can contact your primary purchasing administrator and have that person setup a user account for you. After your account is active, you can browse the site with pricing information included. |

| After logging into the store.drivingstrategicsales.com web site, you will see the option to administer your user accounts via the "Adminster users" menu link. You can either a) create new accounts or b) disable old accounts.
Creating a new user account requires you to enter the person's:
- User-ID - the user's email address, to server as a unique identifier for that user
- Name - the user's first and last name, example "Tom Landry" or "Mike Ditka"
- Email - the user's work/business email address, or an email address linked to their work in your organization, example vlombardi@workaddress.com
- Password - password for this new user account
As a primary user setting up secondary accounts for other people in your organization, you have the option of granting certain permissions to those secondary users.
- A/R Inq - allows this user to view your accounts receivable history with Martech (past invoices)
- S/O Inq - allows this user to view outstanding and past orders, including shipping information
- Revise quotes - allows this user to edit and save quotes
Pay account - allows the user to submit an order on account (not paid by credit card)
- Change carrier - allows this user to select an appropriate carrier when submitting a purchase order
- Change ship addr - allows this user to change the ship-to address on a purchase order
- Browse products - allows this user to browse products and pricing, as well as add items to the shopping cart
To disable a user, choose a user name from the main list and click their User-ID link. When the User Administration screen opens, click the "Disable user" button to disable that account. |

| To login to the Martech Web Warehouse site, submit your Martech username and password credentials using the login form. Click here to open the online store login page. If you cannot login, you've forgotten your password or you need to haven't yet have your web account setup, please email web-support@drivingstrategicsales.com. |

| For the security of your account, user passwords expire after 30 days. If your password is expired, you will be prompted to change your password after you login. After 60 days of inactivity, your account will be locked and you'll need to contact an administrator to have your account activated. |

The Martech Web Warehouse site has two types of search:
- Quick part number search - searches proper part numbers only. If you are having problems getting useable search results using the quick part number search, try making your search query less specific.
The search program produces results by matching the beginning of a part number with your query. For example, you won't see any results from the product database if you use the search term "P12-24-ABC" because no exact match exists. However, if you make the search term less specific and search for "P12-24" you'll see several results of parts beginning with "P12-24".
- Advanced keyword search - searches keywords in the part description. This search program matches keywords in any part of a product description, not just the beginning, so you can use queries like "glass" or "12 volt" and the search will return useable results.
Neither of the search programs is upper/lower case sensitive.
Click on a search result to view a detail screen for a product. The price on the web warehouse is your account's discounted price. For users with no discount, a list/trade price will be displayed. |

| To order product, login to the online store and add a product to your shopping cart by clicking the "ADD" button on a product category list page or the "ADD TO CART" button on an individual product detail page. Once an item has been added to the cart, you can review the shopping cart at any time using one of the "CART" or "Review shopping cart" links.
In the shopping cart page, you can remove items from the cart, edit quantities, add notes and special instructions to your order and add new lines using the "Add line to order" quick add feature. When you're ready to actually order, hit the "CHECKOUT" button at the bottom of the shopping cart page. |

After adding product to your shopping cart, you have the option of saving the cart as a quote so you can review, edit and purchase it later. To save a quote, click the "Shopping Cart" menu link to open your current shopping cart and then click the "SAVE cart as QUOTE" button. A notification will tell you your quote was saved and then you'll be returned to the front page of the Martech online store.
The price on the web warehouse is your account's discounted price. For users with no discount, a list/trade price will be displayed.
To open an old quote, login to the store.drivingstrategicsales.com web site and click on the "Quotes" menu link on the left. From the list of open quotes, you can either delete a quote by clicking in the check box for that quote and hitting the "Delete" button or open a quote by clicking on the quote number link. By clicking that link, you open the contents of that quote into your shopping cart.
From here, the quote can be changed by adding or removing lines or changing quantities. Saving the quote from the shopping cart will write the contents of your shopping cart back into the same quote number you opened earlier. |

| When reviewing the shopping cart page with a saved quote, you can click the "PRINT shopping cart" button to open a new page with a printable version of the shopping cart. Print this second "printable" page to make a paper copy of the quote.
The shopping cart/quote page is the only page that has a printable option. To print product specifications, download the specification sheet PDF and print. |

| There are two steps to checkout and submit your order. First, examine the order summary screen and confirm the items you need to purchase. Click the "NEXT STEP" button at the bottom of this page to open the final "submit order" page. On this page you must enter your purchase order number, confirm your shipping address, carrier as well as indicate if backorders are acceptable. When ready, press the "SUBMIT ORDER" button at the bottom of this page.
When your order is submitted, an email confirmation message will be sent to your email address. A Martech inside sales person will review your order and contact you to confirm the order. Then the order will be released, picked and shipped! |

| To access information about current and past orders, log into the Martech Web Warehouse at store.drivingstrategicsales.com and click the S/O History link from the menu. A simple saerch form will open and from here you can search for all orders you have with Martech. The search form will return with a list of orders from a 30 day period ending on the day you enter. The quickest way to search for existing orders is to choose the date you want your search range to end at and click the "Run search" button.
To refine your search, you can enter your purchase order number into the "Customer PO" field or enter the Martech order number into the "Number" field.
The search result screen has a number of useful columns that quickly show the vital information about your order. Without clicking again to enter the order screen, you can see from the search result screen whether the order is still open and whether it has shipped.
By clicking on either the "Number", "Trans Date" or "Customer PO" links, you'll enter the order detail screen. From here, you can drill down deeper and see what was on that order by clicking the "Products" button. You could also see the details of associated Pick slips, Packing slips and Invoices by clicking on the "S/O Documents" button. Finally, you could quickly review the shipment(s) that this order went out on by clicking the "Shipments" button. |
