MARTECH TEAM EVENTS
Martech has certain events that take place on a fixed frequency, such as quarterly sales meetings and weekly operations meetings. However, once or twice a year, a special event happens and brings together all our people for a new, particular purpose.

Phil Jackson once said "the strength of the team is each individual member... the strength of each member is the team". The Martech audio/video team has 136 years of combined industry experience. Each of our team members are devoted to delivering valuable product recommendations and design ideas to our customers. Now serving Canada's community of fixed install audio/video integrators, Martech is committed to delivering the right products with MAXIMUM EASE.

Our ambition for our advertising in the December issue of Professional Sound was to demonstrate the "strength of our team" by putting a spotlight on each of our outside sales people and to inform our customers that we're a Canada-wide organization committed to driving strategic sales. MARTECH "YEAR OF THE ARROW" DRIVING STRATEGIC SALES AND MVP LAUNCH EVENT

Good news! Martech is growing.

Our visionary president Marvin Verlage, his partner Ray Verlage, sales manager Vincent O'Brien and marketing manager Nathan Smith realized that the company needed to pause, focus and realign in order to keep growing and prevent certain growing pains. Following an intense series of workshops to discover Martech's core customer, core message and our stripped-down-honest-to-goodness-raw "essence", Martech moved to a new alignment. The brand "Martech - driving strategic sales" was born.

To share this new alignment, everyone in the company came to a day-long event in Edmonton to learn about the opportunities before Martech and how the "DSS" brand will allow Martech to present a coherent image both internally and externally. As we grow with new product lines and new people, it is important to know that at the core, Martech remains a technical sales agency that drives strategic sales.
